Hydraulic sheet bends MAZANEK ZGH 3100, ZGH 6000 are designed for the production of flexible profile semi-finished products made of tin and tapes up to 1.5 mm thick. The design of the original sheet bending machine is simple and reliable. Unlimited sheet feeding is possible. Thanks to the original design and multi-axis loops of the bending beam, the MAZANEK ZGH sheet bending machine does not damage the metal coating, and also reduces the effort required for bending. These hydraulic sheet bends are equipped with a convenient control panel with the ability to program the number of products and the values of the bending angle. Metal bending up to 150° is possible. The clamping and bending beams are equipped with hydraulic drives. The adjusting options of the sheet bending allow avoiding the occurrence of "saber-like" on finished products. The kit includes a standard footswitch.
