The two-support metal unwinder of the RR series is specially made for unwinding rolled steel, the weight of which reaches up to 5000 kg. A metal roll unwinder is used in conjunction with sheet bending and roofing machines, guillotines, profiling machines, with metal slitting lines. The uncoiler of rolled metal is characterized by power, steadfastness and high productivity.
The ZRR 1000 folding machine produces a clamp of the longitudinal seam, using a special seaming carriage. The folding machine is designed for the deposition of a folding lock on pipes of round and square cross-section, made of sheet metal. The folding machine is capable of rolling the seam seam, without damaging the surface of the processed material, has a long service life.
A cutting for a polygon is an equipment designed for cutting out polygons with dimensions of 10-100 mm and a thickness of tin with 0.3 -1.2 mm. The tenderloin is intended for artisans. Before starting work, the clipping should be glued to the board with screws. The size of the polygons is set using a rail. The pressure force depends on the length of the lever.
